Ironhack x Salesforce - Women in Data

Get funding for your education
Only 29% of data and AI professionals are women. Ironhack is joining Salesforce's "1000 Women in Tech" initiative, offering an exclusive "Data Analytics + Tableau" bootcamp for women.

The Transitions Pro regional network is the only one authorised to provide career transition support for private-sector employees.
Who is it for?
Employees who want to change jobs, provided they have been with the company for 12 or 24 months (permanent/fixed-terms/temporary contract), regardless of whether they have changed companies.
💡 Good to know: Any course eligible for the CPF is also open to the PTP. Prepare your application at least 3 months before the start of the bootcamp with Transitions Pro in your region. You can ask to be accompanied by a professional advisor as a free and personalised service available to help you define your career development plan. The PTP can fund up to 100% of the cost of your Ironhack bootcamp.
The CPF is your personal training account. It accumulates credits as an employee at a rate of €500 per year worked in France, up to a maximum of €5,000. You can use these credits to finance part of Ironhack's RNCP-certified programs.
Who is it for?
Anyone who has already worked as an employee.
Note that if you have already worked but are currently looking for work, you can also use your CPF.
💡 Good to know: This financing option can also be combined with other options.
We have negotiated a student loan with our partner BNP Paribas that can range from €760 to €75,000.
Who is it for?
It is available to all French people over the age of majority. For foreign nationals, or depending on the application, a guarantor in France may be required.
💡 Good to know: This loan is flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs. Repayment can be deferred for up to 18 months after the end of the course, at a favourable interest rate. It is repayable over a period of 4 to 96 months inclusive, with no early repayment charges. Study with no worry, you'll pay back the training once you're hired!
Pay as you learn, breaking up your tuition fee into smaller, more manageable payments over 3, 6, or 10 months. This is a great option for anyone who is self-funding their studies, especially part-time students who work while studying.
Who is it for?
Anyone with a euro bank account.
💡 Good to know: Payment in instalments can be for the entire cost of the programme or just part of it.
OPCOs are "skills operators". They exist to finance professional development in various sectors. They can grant your employer funding for your training. Ironhack is listed on DataDock and Qualiopi certified, the quality assurance certification required for OPCO funding.
Who is it for?
Any salaried employee.
💡 Good to know: To obtain OPCO funding, make an appointment with your HR or manager to present your project. If they think it is viable, they will contact your company's OPCO and together you will put together an application. An amount between €2,000 and €6,000 may be granted, depending on your specific situation and the employer's budget. The process generally takes one to two months.
If you have not started your studies yet or would like to get back to it, this is the right place for you.
Who is it for?
Apprenticeship is available to young people aged 16 to 25 wishing to complete their initial training and jobseekers over 26.
💡Good to know: This is a particularly attractive option because it's a win-win situation for both sides: you study while you practice your new skills within a company and earn a salary. To top it all off, your education fees are covered by the company.

Who is it for?
For employees on part-time work or companies in difficulty, you can claim financing from FNE-Formation.
💡 Good to know: This financing option is managed by the OPCO and the employer. The application must therefore go through your HR. It can finance between 70% and 100% of the bootcamp cost.
This is financial assistance for jobseekers.
Who is it for?
For all jobseekers with the approval of your advisor. Contact your advisor to explain your career plans. He or she will be able to tell you whether you are eligible for AIF, for what amount and how to apply for it.
💡 Good to know: This options varies from region to region. Some are more likely to finance your bootcamp, depending on the priorities of their budgets. Ironhack can provide a quote to unlock this option.
Who is it for?
All jobseekers who have found a company willing to employ them at the end of the bootcamp, on a permanent or fixed-term contract of at least 12 months. In this case, Pôle emploi considers paying for the bootcamp will lead directly to a job. This organism and the relevant OPCO can then finance the full cost of the bootcamp.
💡Good to know: This financing option assumes that you find a company, so it's an advantage if you already have a little professional experience and know how to pass an interview.
